We're hiring a Project Manager / Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Project Manager / Acquisitions Specialist, you’ll:
Identify and evaluate real estate deals (MLS, off-market, wholesaler leads)
Analyze comps, determine ARV, and run MAO calculations
Manage rehab budgets, timelines, contractors, and city inspections
Coordinate stabilization for rentals or flips (tenant-ready handoff)
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to keep projects on track
You're not just working on properties — you’re stabilizing communities.
Who We're Looking For
We want someone who is:
Comfortable walking distressed properties and scoping repairs
Skilled at running numbers and pitching deals
Able to lead contractors, track rehab timelines, and solve on-site issues
Obsessed with execution, detail, and deal flow
Professional, coachable, and focused on results
Experience in real estate investment, project management, construction, or acquisitions is strongly preferred.
