2. Services Provided

American Affordable Living provides:

• Affordable housing opportunities, including HUD and Section 8 compliant units

• Internal property management operations

• Investor deal evaluation and funding collaboration (not open to the public)

• Credit, funding, and strategic advisory services for affiliates under Champion Global Holdings, LLC

AAL does not provide retail business credit or funding services to the public.

3. Eligibility

Use of our services is restricted to individuals:

• Providing truthful and accurate information

• Agreeing to abide by applicable local, state, and federal laws
